I have been shopping and looking for a new vehcile for sometime, wanting to replace my 2015 Ford Escape. I was introduce to Blake True after discussing some vehicles that I was interested in. He was awesome! I told him the different options I was thinking of and what I was torn between. He showed me several different vehicles and we test drove them. He actually knew everything about them, all the specs, what they were equipped with, which ones had certain features and which ones didn't. He never had to pause too look anything up, and never said "I don’t know, we can check that out or Look it up".. (like other salesmen I've dealt with said!).. He knows his product! He showed me how to operate all the new Tech stuff that I was not familiar with. So refreshing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions, concerns, and indecisiveness. He was never pushy, he works with you at your pace and quick to respond. Needless to say. He made a sale! Take note car dealers, that’s how its done! I had a great experience buying a vehicle for my business here at Pritchard's. The price was very reasonable and the whole process was completely transparent. Pritchard's is a multi-generation business and you can tell right away that this place is special. Kristi was my salesperson. She was friendly, engaging, funny and had a warm smile! She didn't push or pressure me in any way. It really felt like I was just talking to an old friend. The process was quick and easy, Kristi had everything ready for me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was the dealership. I also happened to have my appointment during a busy car show event and Kristi didn't let that slow the process down, and as a bonus: a free lunch!! My husband and I purchased a Ford Edge from this location. And let me tell you, the experience was outstanding. Kristi and Angie were amazing to work with, they were down to earth, relatable and all around helpful in every way possible. We had never owned such a high tech vehicle and Kristi sat down with me and ran through every feature the car had and I appreciated that more than she could ever imagine. I am excited to keep coming back to Pritchard's to purchase our future vehicles!

Bought a 2017 RHD Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and the only part of it that wasn’t a complete joke was the sales woman Kristi. She was pleasant and worked hard to make it a positive experience. Now 2 days after purchase the left rear wheel falls off. I see on another review this dealer sold a Jeep a few months back that had a wheel fall off too. I traveled 9+ hrs to get this vehicle and if it would have happened going down the interstate it could have been catastrophic. I was made aware of some issues when purchasing but they left out that they don’t check the lug nuts on a vehicle. Very disappointing having to repair an issue that wasn’t disclosed at time of purchase. I feel that maybe normal in private party purchases, but a dealer that’s been in business over 100 years should be better. So I had to replace the studs, lugs, and trying to find a set of rims since the set of rims on it has been discontinued and we can not purchase a replacement. So now it will be even more money to get all the rims to match. More money having to be spent days after spending 25k on a vehicle. Also the vehicle did not have a jack making getting the vehicle home require a tow.

Kristi was phenomenal to work with! We were overseas trying to find a VW e-Golf and had no luck getting any dealerships in the states to respond to our email inquiries or phone calls. Kristi was the first to call us back and was immediately helpful in tracking down the car we were looking for! Thank you for amazing service and for arranging transport for us to our next base in GA. Will definitely do business with them again if we ever need it!
